Ticketing FAQ

Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: Call our box office at 847-240-0386 and purchase your seats with a credit card. Once your seats are paid for, they're reserved. It's that simple!

Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: Well, we'll miss you. There are no cancellations. Once you purchase tickets, they are yours. Feel free to give them to friends or family. Or enemies. We don't judge.

Q: I want to sit in the best seats.
A: First of all, that's not a question. Second, there's not a bad seat in the house. All seats are at tables, face the stage, and no seat is farther than 30 feet from the stage. Parties are seated in the order in which they arrive and check in at the box office.

Q: I have a gift certificate (or coupon or some other form of pre-paid ticket), how do I purchase tickets?
A: If your coupon has a minimum food and beverage requirement, your credit card will be charged the minimum purchase amount. We will have vouchers for you to pickup when you check in at the box office 20 minutes prior to show time. If your coupon doesn't have a minimum food and beverage requirement call our box office and purchase your tickets with you coupon code.

Q: I don't want to provide a credit card.
A: Again, not a question. Don't you get this format? Well, without purchasing your seats, you cannot make a reservation. Without a reservation, you can still get tickets at the door, but those are subject to availability. If we're sold out, we're sold out.

Q: But I don't trust my friends to show up and I don't want to have to pay for them if they flake out and don't show.
A: If you don't trust your own friends, then how can we?
